2020    – Replaced water heater

2018    – Replaced refrigerator

2016    – Solar panels installed

2015    – Remodeled kitchen: all walls were stripped and completely rebuilt and re-finished. Drop-ceiling removed and replaced with a real ceiling. Bamboo flooring installed. Heater and stove moved to create more space for the countertop. Cabinets replaced and new countertop installed

           – Remodeled upstairs bathroom: Removed broken floor-tiles and the floor was redone with new tiles placed. Replaced with a new, claw-foot bathtub and new shower.

2011    – New roof (with a 20 year warranty)

2008    – Fenced yard, and new double-steel coated chimney and wood stove installed

2007    – Created patio and built arbor, installed in double French doors connecting entrance hall to the living room, and installed in glass-pane door connecting staircase and upstairs hallway
